All accesses of files and server requests relating to the LeadWhiz network are logged and monitored by our staff. This information includes IP addresses and hostnames, and is for internal use only. It is not disseminated to any third parties for any reason, with the exception of fulfillment of requests made by government bodies in accordance with legal requirements.

Any leads generated by members via the LeadWhiz network are the property of the specific member that operates the account from which the lead was generated. The member agrees not to redistribute any leads, or to use the leads for any purpose other than promoting opportunities, or disseminating material the lead has specifically requested. Use of the leads for any other purpose is expressly prohibited and results in immediate termination of the member's LeadWhiz account.

Members of LeadWhiz agree to unconditionally honour all requests by leads to be removed from any relevant mailing lists. Leads must be given an easily accessible and functional method of unsubscribing from mailing lists in every email sent by LeadWhiz members, or their respective affiliates. Such removals apply to any mailing lists managed or owned by LeadWhiz members, and be effective for any leads generated via the LeadWhiz network.

LeadWhiz reserves the right to contact any leads generated via the LeadWhiz network for any purpose it deems appropriate, and agrees to unconditional honour any requests by leads for removal from mailing lists.

With the exception of testimonials relating to the LeadWhiz service, any information submitted via the LeadWhiz contact form, or to LeadWhiz staff, will not be distributed to any third party without prior written consent from the originator of the message. Testimonials, including relevant names and web site addresses, may be published by LeadWhiz staff in any place it deems appropriate including but not limited to the LeadWhiz.com web site.
